1).Extract archive ( use WinRar - www.rarlab.com )
2).Go to "Bioshock\#readme#" folder and install:
"DirectX 9c (2007)"
"Microsoft Visuaal x86"
3).Run darkcoder.reg file
4).Run Game ( "Bioshock\Builds\Release\Bioshock.exe" )

Fixing Widescreen "bug" & regular 4:3 FOV (Field of View):

1)Here's the numbers for BOTH sliders for Widescreen fix:
16:9 = 0.75 sliders
16:10 = 0.833 sliders
2)Devs of Bioshock used narrow FOV(75 degrees), in normal games like Half-life, Quake 3, UT2004 FOV is 90 degrees, so if u wanna correct that:
16:9 = 0.706 sliders
16:10 = 0.75 sliders
5:4 = 0.869 sliders
4:3 = 0.833 sliders

If Bioshock crashes for you in game, do the following:
Put in options "High Detail Shaders" off.

I am using winrar to extract the files some of the files are notified as corrupted (crc error).
Do "Force Re-Check" your torrent (uTorrent, Azureus)

old SecuRom removal
u dont need to remove it if game runs without errors
1) Unhide files:
My Computer>Tools>Folder Options>View>Check box - "Show hidden files and folders"
2) Find and Delete this folder:
Documents and Settings>Your name>Application Data>SecuROM
3) Delete Securom from registry:
Start>Run>write - regedit>press enter
Delete this string:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SecuROM\
ignore error Securom deleting error
4)download this file, it will remove Securom completely from registry:

5) run darkcoder.reg
