It is now six years after the Flight 180 disaster; young photographer Wendy Christensen has a gruesome vision of a derailing on a roller coaster, Devil's Flight, and, as a result, she and several others manage to escape from the ride, just before her vision comes true and the rollercoaster derails with several of her other friends on board. To her horror, Wendy later discovers that the photographs she took before the accident foretell the deaths of the other survivors of the disaster. Now as Death closes in once again, Wendy and Kevin, one of her friends who survived the deadly coaster ride, race against time trying to decipher what each picture means and how the next person is going to die. But as they try to tell the other survivors their theory, the pair quickly finds out that they are all skeptical. It has now become a race to try and save the remaining survivors before Kevin & Wendy's numbers are up.
