The film follows the fortunes of Charles and his friends as they wonder if they will ever find true love and marry. Charles thinks he's found "Miss Right" in Carrie, an American. This British subtle comedy revolves around Charlie, his friends and the four weddings and one funeral which they attend.

This gem of a classic comedy should be seen at least once a year. I made a new rip with widescreen and optional multisubs for those of you who would join me.


My new ripping procedure now produces decent quality for such a long film compressed into just 700 MiB. I enclose a sample for ye weak in faith.

Widescreen DVDrip XviD 2-pass 720x368, really great stereo sound AC3.
Burn tested, runs well in both my standalone DivX players.
