Just follow these two steps:
-Click on the AdobeCrack.exe (Windows Vista asks for confirmation).
-Open the CS4 and start the activation process. When asked for a serial, use one from the PhotoshopCS4Serials.txt file.

The AdobeCrack.exe is suposed to work with all the Adobe family (Dreamweaver, Elements, etc), you just need to search for a serial in the Internet. If you run the crack, even the blacklisted serials will work.
